Return and Refund

We understand that there may come a time when you want to return a purchase, and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.
If you wish to return or exchange your order, we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for another product or a refund using the original payment method.
Please note: All returned items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To return an item, please email us at info@la-barfumerie.com with your order number and reason for return, and our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.
Opened, Tested, or Clearance Products
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to goods that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.
➡️ Therefore, any perfume or cosmetic product whose packaging has been opened, tested, or whose seal has been broken cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
Similarly, products sold on clearance or final promotion are neither returnable nor exchangeable.
Only products that are new, unused, perfectly sealed, and not part of clearance promotions are eligible for return within the legal timeframe.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your item(s), we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 4 days from receipt of your item(s) for your return to be processed.
