HOW TO CREATE AN ONLINE ACCOUNT?

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Add your items to the cart by clicking on "Order". Access your cart via the dedicated icon or "My Cart", then click on "Checkout". Choose your delivery method, enter your details, and make the payment. A confirmation will be sent to you by email, followed by a second email with a tracking number once the shipment is dispatched.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept payments by credit card (CB, Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and PayPal.

PayPal : possibility of payment in 1 or 4 installments without fees for orders between €30 and €2,000 (according to PayPal conditions).
Klarna : payment in 3 installments without fees available for orders between €35 and €1,500 (according to Klarna conditions).

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

The delivery times depend on the chosen method:

  • Standard delivery: 3 to 7 business days
  • Express delivery (France): 1 to 2 business days

The deadlines are given for information purposes only. Please provide accurate contact details to avoid delays.

HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?

Log in to your account on our website and go to the "My Orders" section. Click on the order you want to track to get your tracking number.

You can also use this number on the carrier's website to track the delivery progress. The number is also sent to you by email as soon as the shipment is dispatched.

AN ERROR OR A PROBLEM WITH MY DELIVERY?

  • Incorrect address: Thank you for verifying your information before submission.
  • Package not received: Contact us to initiate an investigation with the carrier.
  • Damaged package: Send us photos within 48 hours of receipt.
