1. For the skin
   1. Clean the area to be treated.
   2. Prepare a smooth dough by mixing green clay with a little water (about 1 tbsp of water for 2 tbsp of clay).
   3. Apply generously on the skin. Leave on 10 to 15 minutes without letting it dry completely to avoid feelings of tightness.
   4. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and hydrate your skin with a suitable cream.
